Guidelines on the Handling of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information at the exhibition, Exhibitors shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, and ensure appropriate acquisition, management, and operation thereof. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any disputes regarding personal information that may arise between an Exhibitor and a visitor.

- Visitor information provided by the Organizer and personal information acquired by each Exhibitor at the exhibition (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Visitor Information, etc.") may be used only for the following purposes: However, this shall not apply to personal information independently acquired by each Exhibitor with the individual consent of the visitor and without the involvement of the Organizer.

  1. Business negotiations and responses to inquiries from visitors regarding products and services exhibited at this exhibition
  2. Provision of information regarding products and services exhibited at this exhibition
  3. Provision of information based on visitor interests demonstrated at this exhibition

- When acquiring Visitor Information, etc. from visitors via badge scanning or other means, Exhibitors must clearly explain the above purposes of use.

- The use of Visitor Information, etc. in the following manners is prohibited:

  1. Use of Visitor Information, etc. for purposes other than those defined by the Organizer
  2. Provision, transfer, or sale to third parties
  3. Use for sales or solicitation regarding products and services unrelated to the content exhibited at this exhibition
  4. Excessive sales activities or frequent sending of emails
  5. Alteration, duplication, or redistribution of the visitor information list provided by the Organizer

- In the event of a violation of these Guidelines, the Organizer may take measures against the violating Exhibitor, such as issuing a warning, suspending the exhibition, or banning future exhibition participation. In addition, if a violation of laws or a leakage of personal information by an Exhibitor is discovered, the Organizer may report it to the relevant authorities.
